Thank you for shopping at Pet Pals Club Co. We want you (and your pets!) to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food)

5. Shipping Your Return
